Today, we're focusing on one aspect of human design—energy types. From the fiery Manifestors to the magnetic Generators, the multi-passionate Manifesting Generators, the insightful Projectors, and the rare gems known as Reflectors, each energy type offers a glimpse into the diverse tapestry of your unique experience.
Understanding your energy type is to understand how your energy influences every aspect of your life—how you receive, store, and generate energy. Discovering your energy type isn't just about understanding yourself better; it's about fostering deeper connections with those around you, honouring each individual's unique needs and strengths.

Drawing from chakra energy systems, astrology, and other modalities like the I Ching, human design provides a comprehensive framework for understanding your individual essence. It's pretty fascinating—quantum physicists have shown that everything, from you and me to the screen you're staring at, is just a mix of energy and matter. Each little bit of it vibrates at its own unique energetic frequency. So, when we stroll into a room and go, "Wow, it's buzzing in here," we're talking about the room's vibe literally vibrating at a higher frequency than those downer moments when we feel low, like when we're sad, guilty, or disappointed. Those emotions are part of the low-vibe crew—they operate at a different, lower vibrational frequency. But then there's the good stuff, like love, gratitude, and pride—those are the high-vibe, vibrating at a higher frequency.
Here's where it gets interesting: we're not just our bodies. Nope, we're souls handing out in these bodies of ours. So, here I am, hanging out in this particular body, and there you are, rockin' your own unique soul-body combo.

So, if you're a Manifestor, you've got that fire within you to kickstart things, but, remember to take breaks to recharge too. That's just how your energy rolls—bursting into action and then taking a breather to refuel.
Now, let's talk about the Generators. They make up a hefty 36% of the population, so you're in good company if you're one of them. Generators? Well, they're like these little powerhouses, constantly generating energy. When they stumble upon something that truly excites them, they're practically overflowing with energy, ready to share it with the world. But here's the kicker—Generators need to listen to their gut. They've got to chase after what lights them up because that's what keeps their energy flowing. It's like a cycle—the more they pursue their passions, the more energised they become, and the more they can spread that positivity to those around them. You see, Generators are magnetic when they're doing what they love. But they've got to watch out for falling into the trap of doing things that don't ignite their fire. That just drains them. Yep, they're pretty popular, falling right in between Generators and Manifestors. So, if you're a Manifesting Generator, you're basically a jack-of-all-trades—a multi-passionate individual with a zest for life. You've got your fingers in many pies, and that's not a bad thing at all. It's just how you're wired. You see, each of your interests and passions is like a stepping stone, propelling you forward on your journey. You're not one to stick to the same old routine or career path forever. Now, let's chat about Projectors. They make up about 22% of the population. Being a Projector myself, I've got some insights to share. Projectors are often referred to as seers. They have this unique ability to take a step back, like a bird soaring overhead, and observe how things unfold. They excel at strategising and understanding processes because they can foresee the ripple effects of actions and how they'll impact various aspects. Picture a Projector as that bird, perched up high, guiding others on their paths. They're great at teaching or strategising, seeing threads that others might miss. But here's the thing: Projectors are more about guiding than doing. They can formulate plans and strategies but might not be the ones to execute them. They have a shorter battery life, so needing frequent breaks to recharge. If your a projector don’t forget to give yourself some grace to recharge after all that seeing.
And lastly, we have Reflectors, the rarest gems, comprising just 1% of the population. I recently had the pleasure of meeting a Reflector, and she was truly captivating—everything I anticipated and more. Reflectors, as the name suggests, mirror our energy. Interacting with a Reflector is like gazing into a mirror; they have this remarkable ability to reflect our own energy back to us. However, this also means they can easily absorb others' energy, especially in crowded spaces. Consequently, they must be diligent about protecting their energy and taking time to recharge, as they absorb the vibes of everyone around them. Reflectors are highly attuned to their environments and the people within them, feeling into the energy of those they encounter. They're the sensitive souls who deeply perceive and reflect the energy they encounter, offering profound insights into our own selves.
